Debonairs Pizza poor service and terrible food

My wife won a voucher on Heart FM for Debonairs pizza a few weeks ago. After attempting to purchase pizza online with them they deducted the money from the voucher but the order was unsuccessful. I then had to call their helpline to report the issue and I was told that it the problem is not on their side and that I should email my query to ***. Firstly what type of customer care tells you that you have to sort the issue out with a third party when I tried ordering food from your online platform. In my opinion they need to have resolved this issue for me as I am the customer yet now I have to go through the effort and attempt to resolve the issue at my own cost. A week later I recieved an sms from who knows where informing me that my query was unsuccessful. So money deducted from the voucher and no pizza. A total rip-off and waste of my time. I will be sending a complaint to Heart FM as well to advise not to partner with these unreliable people. At the end of the day all the pizzas on Debonairs menu tastes exactly the same. Its just a lot of sauce to kill the taste of a paper-like base with minimal, I repeat, minimal amount of meat for decoration. Only reason we bothered ordering from them was because of the voucher we had won and even with that factor they don't fail to disappoint.
