Debonairs pizza poor service

Ordered a pizza through the Debonairs call centre @ 18h10 on 22/12/23. Called back @ 19h20 to find out when to expect the delivery, as we had kids who where hungry and angry. I was told that due to a reception glitch my order was not relayed to the local branch & nobody bothered to make me aware of the fact. I had to place another order & this time decided to go pick up to avoid waiting another hour. I went to the store & laid a complaint at the same time. Melissa was helpful & called the regional manager who told me that 'Abubakar', another manager would call me regarding the issue. Its been 5 days & still no call or explanation regarding the 'glitch'. That is absolutely poor service from a multinational group. Very disappointed.
