Debonair's pizza poor service

I ordered a pizza online and pay for it via online at around lunch time, delivery to be made at 6:30pm that evening. Got a call at 7pm asking for directions, no communication til 10pm telling me it's unsafe for them to be making deliveries at this time. How convenient is that 4 hours later . Going to bed without my pizza. Debonair pizza evaton plaza ,what a disgrace.
