Debonairs Pizza - Plumstead and call center - worst experience ever!!!

Just experienced the worst customer experience ever from Debonair Plumstead in Cape town. I ordered with them at 18:33 and 2hrs later have not yet received my order. I been calling their numbers getting through to useless customer service agents that put me on hold, Kept quiet when I asked a question transferred me to other departments only to be cut off by the time I spoke to anyone. I requested to speak to a managers only to get an excuse no managers were available. This was an absolute disgusting experience. They have no remorse when dealing with customers and certainly take no accountability for their horrible customer experience. In the end I was told just wait for a callback!!!
