Debonairs pizza Phuthaditjhaba

I would like to report an incident that happened yesterday the 4th of April 2020 at round about 05:30pm at Debonairs pizza in Phuthaditjhaba, Setsing, Maluti cresent Mall

My wife ordered a pizza cram decker online at a price of R189.90 more than an hour before we came to collect. To our surprise when we got there we were told the pizza is gonna take another hour to prepare when we asked why we were not given a proper answer by the cashier but when we asked for the manager then the manager just looked at us and carried on as if we were not there

We asked for the manager the second time but we were treated as ghosts, she didn't even care if we were there or not, she never even showed that she had any sense of caring if we walked out of the shop empty handed or not, that was when I asked what's her name from the cashier and I was told her name is VERONICA

I don't think Veronica belongs to any customer service store, let alone a food store. We had to wait another 30min in order to get our pizza only to be told that Veronica had set the pizza aside and didn't tell anyone what she did but we had to wait and had the worse experience of our lives at Debonairs

I would never recommend anyone to go shop at that store no matter what. I still have the slips to prove it
