Debonairs Pizza pathetic service

On two occasions I ordered from Debonairs Pizza at Bloemfontein CBD and just got terrible service. The first time around they gave me an excuse that it was raining so deliveries were taking long... But 2 hours is still too much.

Second time, waited for just as long... Did not get any phonecall, no response when I tried to call them.

The Debonairs service has deteriorated so badly. Never again will I order from Debonairs Pizza.
