Debonairs Pizza Parow and call centre staff are rude

Today i phoned the Debonairs Pizza call centre *** and spoke to a lady to place an order. After i placed the order she told me that the order will take 45min to an hour.

After an hour i phoned back and the lady was so rude and so ****y, telling me that it is raining outside. I said that i understand that it is raining and asked her why she did not say that the order will take between and hour to 2 hours? She got extremely rude and i asked to speak to her manager. She pressed the phone dead. I phoned back and asked her for her name and surname and she refused still rude. I left my number but nobody got back to me. The lady has no way of speaking to her clients.

The guy from Debonairs Pizza Parow eventually came and phoned me to tell me i must come out to fetch the pizza because it is raining. I asked him if it is a delivery so he said yes but its raining as i was busy in my shop. He came in and also had a attitude and was so rude.

I work with customers every single day, and never in my life have i treated my customers like dirt.

Never ate today... Thank you for your poor service ...
