Debonairs Pizza palm springs mall so disappointed

On the 20th of January 2026 I bought a cram decker pizza from debonairs Pizza at palm springs mall. The delivery guy couldn't find my address and when he tried to call me he couldn't find me because I was in a meeting. He therefore had to return back to the restaurant with the pizza. The lady at the restaurant finally got me on my phone at around 9pm and I explained the story to her. She said to me that I can come get the pizza the next day from the restaurant. Whe I got there they gave me my original pizza from the previous day and told me that they kept it in the fridge and because of their wastage policy they can't give me a fresh one. This is so disappointing for a big chain like debonairs Pizza. I will never buy from them ever again
