Debonairs pizza owner not wearing a face mask

The owner of Debonairs Boksburg Leeuwpoort street is trash. He didn't have his mask on and he was behind the counter and went on to go and touch the pizza boxes while talking to his staff and spitting saliva all over the place. When I called him out for not wearing a mask, he went into the back office and didn't want to talk to me. I'm taking this further. This is unacceptable. How does a whole owner not wear a mask during these trying times.
