Useless” doesn’t even begin to explain this place.

Last year in August we had the exact same issue, our order never arrived. No proper communication at all. First we were told it had left, then suddenly it hadn’t, and then the driver claimed we weren’t even home… which was completely untrue.

Nevertheless, we decided to give them another chance today.

Order placed at 18:40… and it only arrived at 20:52. That’s over 2 hours for a simple order. No updates, no accountability, and clearly no improvement from last year.

Completely unacceptable service. Definitely won’t be giving them a third chance.
