Debonairs Pizza not serving customers

I visited a Debonairs Pizza restaurant in Matatiele 4730 but before I went there around 3 pm I was trying to place an order through their website but it said Matatiele is offline I tried calling it wasn't reached but engaged around 4pm I went I stood outside took their new number but the called was engaged again I tried the web but to pregress I went back and stood with another customer telling me has experienced thr same thing 5pm came and the employee told us that they've closed we explained what we experienced and we were dismissed this is very POOR the company is Bad. I know it may be during lockdown and we cannot go inside the restaurant but at least there employee could have taken our orders because we have been trying to place order this restaurant is poor very poor service delivery is poor just like the South African government!
