Debonairs pizza not caring about client service and satisfaction

Utterly dissatisfied with the service we received from Debonairs Gezina..... We ordered 3 pizzas via the online app and I received the confirmation SMS @ 19:06 for delivery. By 20:00 I tried to contact the store to find out when we can expect our order. I talked to the call centre agent who transferred me to the store, but got a "the extension you are looking for is not available". So I proceeded to phone the number again....only to explain my story to a second agent and get the same result after the transfer. Did this for a 3rd time with no success. We ended up driving to the store to collect @ 21:00. When I asked the delivery guy why we are waiting so long, he rep**** that he is waiting for additional orders before he will deliver. By this time the pizzas was cold and not at all a pleasure to eat!!! I will make it my mission to ensure all my friends, family and colleagues will not use Debonairs again.... There is plenty other pizza franchises that will go the extra mile to ensure client service and satisfaction. They will most definitely have my support from this day forward.
