Debonairs Pizza no show

I’m so angry at Debonairs Maponya. I ordered 2 boxes of pizza on the app. 2 hours later, no pizza, no communication, no calls are answered yet the app says my pizza was delivered. No assistance whatsoever. What’s the point of having a customer service that is unable to help?
