Debonairs Pizza - no respect for costumers

I really don't know why Debonairs Pizza in Maluti Crescent (Phuthaditjhaba) always take its customers for granted. I placed an order at exactly 12h06 and received a confirmation SMS. At 12h16 I get a call from 081****503 and it's the driver who informs me that they don't have mushrooms and gives me 2 alternatives; I chose 1. At 12h27 the driver calls to ask for directions after giving him directions he confirms that he'll arrive after 15 mins. My place is approximately 18 minutes aways from the shopping centre where Debonairs is located. Due to potholes, I estimate that he will take roughly 25 minutes. At 12h52 - exactly 25mins I call the delivery guy on 081 number but the call is not answered. 13h00 he calls asking for directions again, I give them to him and he assures me that he's passing the school I had mentioned earlier.

Imagine my shock when this guy arrives at exactly 37mins after our last call and claims that the driver who was meant to deliver got stuck at the school which is a lie because the delivery guy who arrived at my place with a cold a** pizza is the one whom I've been communicating with all along. I know his voice and his face cause it's not the first time he's delivered food to me (especially when I'm at work). I could've spared him but he ruined everything for lying and taking me and my time for granted. Debonairs management must train its stuff. PS: this is not the first time I complain about the poor service of this shop.
