Debonairs Pizza Nina Park, don’t ORDER!

I placed an order last night at 19:50pm everything went smoothly and I was told the order will be delivered in 45 mins. Reasonable right? My order arrived almost 2 hours later, at 20:40pm to be exact. I was calling the shop at 8pm already and via their queries line, good luck with getting through to Nina Park because the line DOES NOT work! Coincidence? I don’t think so!! It will only go through if you want to place a new order, I was met with PATHETIC excuses such as we have a lot of orders today, the driver can’t deliver orders one by one. I thought it was ridiculous for her to even tell me that because the issue is with them! How are you taking MORE orders when you don’t have CAPACITY to deliver a quality service and deliver in the time that you tell the customers?? Make it make sense. From 8pm I was told the driver will be there in 10mins.. I stay 5km away and he arrived 40 mins later. The sad part is this is not the first time, this happened about 2 years ago and I STOPPED buying pizza from them and I was gullible enough to think they would have gotten their act together by now but clearly they haven’t! Same old poor service from their end. No amount of excuses they gave was going to salvage the situation. What a POOR service!
