Debonairs pizza Nelson Mandela drive

On the 2nd June at 18:00, I placed an order and made payment via the Debonairs pizza app. I gave delivery instructions and provided my telephone number for the driver in case he gets lost. 45 minutes later, I receive a call from the driver informing me that he won’t be able to deliver my food because they don’t deliver in my area. I then called the restaurant and told them my problem, I was unfortunately send from pillar to post. I spoke with different “call center agents” , I also spoke with the “manger” who was rude and didn’t introduce herself, she however said that she will get another driver to deliver my food. I tracked my order on the app to only find out that my order has been marked as delivered. I called Debonairs Bloemfontein Nelson Mandela drive one last time and I spoke with Nkosi who said it was time to close shop and he will contact me in the morning about a refund. I am absolutely disappointed, I didn’t get an apology or an explanation about the delivery issue. I’m done with debonairs pizza, sounds drastic but never again.! The whole staff members were unprofessional, from the driver to the so called manager!
