Debonairs Pizza Musgrave Branch

I ordered pizza this evening at the Musgrave branch. I called to complain about it being raw.You could literally taste the raw tomatoes and mushrooms.I was told the manager would get back to me and he didnt.

My husband decided to drive there to show them as this was going to be our supper.The manager and the staff were RUDE about us complaining about the pizza being raw. Im not sure if they expected us to keep quiet and eat what they had not prepared properly.

Id like to know if this is how you have trained your staff to treat customers and their complaints.
