Debonairs Pizza Moreleta Park took my money for cold pizzas!

Placed an order online 16h41. Phoned 17h50, took 2 phone calls to be put through to the branch, eventually I was told the driver was back at the shop and will deliver the pizzas shortly. I am 2 minutes away from the shop. Called again 18h30, call center took my number as the shop wasn't picking up their phones. Called again, 18h45 3 cold pizzas arrived. I told the driver the pizzas were cold. All 3 black dots. Stupidly paid him cash. Called again whilst he was leaving. 3 times Call Center put the phone down during the call. Their boxes state clearly, cold pizzas should be FREE. Absolutely disgusting service. Pizzas were ready before 18h00, confirmed telephonically. I want a refund, this is utterly unacceptable. Zero customer service and cold half assed pizzas. You have my calls on record. ***. Sort this out asap
