Debonairs Pizza? More like Debonairs Deciders!

So I called Debonairs to place an order for a Cram-Decker and 2l coke for delivery from their Thabong branch in Sebokeng. What was delivered to me was a meaty triple deker and a 2l sprite! The delivery guy explained that there were no ingredients for the cram-decker and that they were out of coke. ***? I received a confirmation SMS after placing my order and also the delivery guy kept calling to ask for directions. Long story short - Debonairs had my number but never did they bother to inform me that EVERYTHING in which I had ordered is out of stock.

Who in this world told you that i would have a meaty triple decker as my second option? Who gave you the rights to bring me a bottle of 2l sprite which I had not ordered? Also, who told you that would be my second option?

I thought Debonairs specialises in pizza, I wasn't aware that they "read" minds also.

I only paid for the pizza because my poor child was already hungry and i told the delivery guy to take the Sprite back. The delivery guy didn't even have a receipt! But he said the triple decker is the same price as the cram-decker R159.90

WHY SHOULD YOU MAKE DECISIONS FOR MY APPETITE AND MY POCKETS?

I still want that Cram-Decker!
