Midway crossing debonairs pizza I was not happy with the service they offered me on the 1st of January 2022 at 5pm I firstly called and the lady by the name of snenhlanhla answered and said I must go to the store as my order was more than R250 and I asked her on the phone what time do they close and she said 7pm,however, when I got to the shop they refused to assist me as they told me the shop was closed and the lady who is manager to me was very rude that she was not even aware about what time they closing the shop that she left me while I was still talking to her very pathetic service that someone has to runned ur day because of not knowing what is customer service because she ddnt even want to listen to me as she kept telling me they are closed
