Debonairs pizza matatiele

I dont normally complain but the level of service i received from this branch is absolutely ridiculous. I walk in to the shop at 9 with my brother and we request a large triple decker, the cashier tells me that its out of stock. And then i politely ask how is that possible since the shop is open, cashier couldn't respond to any of my questions, I worked for the brand for 6 years as a manager and i find this service very poor, we were particularly looking for a triple decker and we were told to buy something else. The lady who i asked if she was the manager of the shop just minded her business and said she wont get involved 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮. Please train your staff accordingly and i dont want to be contacted by the store manager i will only speak to the FM.
