Debonairs Pizza Maponya Mall Poor service

As if their dry pizza where you have to struggle to identify the ingredients on that Pizza bread is not enough their service is a demonstration that they do not value the people who choose to buy their product. They are probably not bothered by losing competitive advantage and care less about reputational Risk!!!!!!!!

I ordered a 'On the double 2 large pizzas' on the 01 April 2021 at 18:10, on the Debonairs website, at 18:38, I got a notification on the app that my order cannot be processed, at 20:00pm there was an old delivery guy at my door. The store communicated one thing on the website and did one thing, this is not the first time, the first guy I turned away, however I paid this old guy for an order that was almost two hours late.

I am tired of this unjust behaviour, and poor quality presentation of pizzas which look nothing like what is being advertised or what other branches offer.
