Debonairs pizza Maponya mall

Hi My name is Nicole, I usually order from Debonairs pizza Maponya mall via delivery, Recently they have been delivering my orders cold. I tried to lay a complaint about this by contacting their agents immediately after receiving one of my orders, I was then advised that they would contact me back in an hours time after laying the complaint. Its been a week and no contact has been made. I then called back in to get an update as I was considering placing another order. The agent I spoke to basically told me that there was nothing she could do however I should place another order. I then responded saying, so what you are telling me is that my query has been swept under the carpet because you cant do anything about it yet I should use my money to make another purchase from you. I told her that me contacting the call center was completely pointless and that they honestly don't care about their customers
