Debonairs Pizza Managers Pathetic Service

We ordered a pizza online. My wife had bitten into a butterfly of an earing which is totally disgusting. So I went into the branch I ordered from and explained this to the manager who had no disregard for the experience and wanted to know where the butterfly was, no apology, nothing! So he walks to the kitchen to tell the staff to wear there hair nets over their ears and comes back wanting to just replace which I refused as i feel his customer service s****s are pathetic and will think twice of ever setting foot in his store again. I'm not angry about the pizza anymore but the pathetic service received from the store manager. This is a breach of health & safety and all he could say was it might be staff of the supplier of the products... I did business with him, not his supplier!

Please can this matter be investigated & would like constructive feedback.
