Debonairs Pizza Mall of the North Limpopo Polokwane

I ordered pizza on Saturday 25 had to wait for 3hrs for my order to be delivered called the call center 3 times consultant promise to find out about my order she will call me back of which they never did.Had to drive to the shop to collect the manager there by the name of Shirley told me that it was not their fault it was the delivery guy's fault is this how I should be treated as customer. If there is s delay who should inform customers.After 4 hrs the order came and i was not home but ppl who were there accepted the order now I have 2 pizzas few minutes later i was told to bring back the second pizza or pay for it. Today Debonairs access my bank account to dedite money for the second pizza without my permission.Advice me on what to do guys. Debonairs Mall of the North, Limpopo, Polokwane. The manager SHIRLEY was rude the way she was responding instead of dealing with the situation telling me that is not her fault.Guys who was suppose to notify the driver that the pizza had been collected don't deliver. Currently i am very ****ed tjo very poor service customer care sucks
