If it was up to me I would not even give it any star. Debonairs Pizza Mall@ Lebo branch should honestly take down their online app. I mean apps were made for easier and convenient services but not in this case.

Since I have ordered on the 2nd of January 2026 till this day I haven’t received my order nor refund, I was technically ****** by Debonairs Pizza Mall@Lebo.

The day I ordered Debonairs had electricity issues and I was called to be assured that they fixing their issues and will keep on updating me but ever since that one phone call they haven’t gotten back to me and I kept on calling them and they kept on giving me excuses after excuses and eventually they started ignoring my calls.
