Debonairs Pizza make us pay for delivery

Am very disappointed about the poor service of the debonairs Pizza call center as i called to order a triple deck pizza for R199 at debonairs palm springs mall and i stay in orange farm Lakeside. I was told i need to pay for the delivery, which came to me as a shock as i have been ordering before and have never paid for delivery before , i still wonder if this is a **** or what as the debonairs box says free delivery it dont say anything about delivery fee, on top all this madness i spoke to Samantha from the call center and she placed my call on hold for a very long time and even failed to update my contact number, she also was telling me about the delivery fee, i need debonairs pizza to explain all this to me in writing and explain why the box says free delivery, loyal client is very very disappointed,or is this because i stay in orange farm, is this how debonairs Pizza treats the customers, or do Debonairs Pizza have ViP clients and i am not one of them, i bet i wont even get any explanations or call, from anyone about my complain. Prove me right guys
