Debonairs pizza macassar branch

Second time i have the worst experience from debonairs macassar. I ordered for delivery, was told 15-20 minutes. Waited more than half an hour , phoned again ,was told delivery guy is on his way with the order. Apparently he just left. Waited and after more than 20 minutes phoned again, their excuse was they are very busy and he will be coming now. I decided to cancel my order and they called the manager, who asked me if i would reconsider if they give me discount . I said I am not taking the order cause this wasn't the first time. I have decided not to order from them anymore and will rather drive the extra km to get what I want.
