Your Quality promise means nothing. After placing an order at 17:34 I called an hour later to enquire about my order which had not arrived yet. I spoke to Rahman who told me he would check where the driver is and call me back. He could not get a hold of the driver and it appeared the driver was stuck at another customer. 15 minutes later the driver arrived and presented us with black dots on the hot or not quality promise. The packaging clearly states that if the dot is black our order is free. The driver Mike was a witness to this as well as the pizza being cold. On contacting Rahman again, he refused to keep to this quality promise and insisted we must pay for the pizza, ignore the quality promise because its winter. What a pathetic excuse. This is not the first time we having a problem with this branch. Clearly the bottom line is all that matters, not customer satisfaction. We were told by Rahman to return the pizzas to the driver - forgeting the quality promise.
