Debonairs Pizza Lambton - "Stock crises"

We placed an order at 18:20 and paid for it on line........we waited more than two hours for our order to be delivered. Why is the store accepting orders if they know that they are too busy or rather "have a crisis" as per the store Manager Hilda due to no stock. Who I might add that we got a hold of her on her cellphone after the Debonairs customer care consultant provided the number. She then promised to call the driver to find out how far he was to deliver and this was at 20:35 and at 20:52 she called back to advise the driver confirmed he was now on his way to deliver our order.

So finally the driver arrived at 21:07

Now i remember why we stopped ordering from this particular store in the first place.

So which means Debonairs Lambton takes almost three hours to deliver their orders.

In future one should order 2-3 hours before they are actually hungry.
