On Sunday the 9th May 2021 i ordered a Pizza which I was told it will only take 15 minutes to be ready but I waited an hour for my order.such poor service and the supervisor was there she didn't even bother to come and apologize even after I mentioned to her that the order to long she just looked at me and didn't say anything.

If there an issue you should come to your client and approve don't just look at them like fools
