Debonairs Pizza Khayelitsha Mall – Tampered Pizza Delivery and bitten pizza

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent online order , part of the 3x pizza deal, placed from your Khayelitsha Mall store.

Upon receiving the order, I was shocked to find that one of the pizzas had clearly been bitten and poorly cut, raising serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. Even more disturbing was that the box was tampered with and the lock seal appeared broken. I asked the delivery driver about it, but he claimed he didn’t know anything.

Out of concern for my health and safety, I had to throw away the entire box because I had no idea what might have been done to the food. This is unacceptable.

I attempted to contact the store immediately, but no one answered the phone. I then had no choice but to drive all the way to Khayelitsha Mall, only to find that the store was closed. This resulted in a complete waste of petrol, time, and energy.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and upsetting. I expect to be fully compensated for the poor quality of the food, the inconvenience, and the cost of driving out to a closed store.

Please treat this matter with urgency and let me know how you intend to resolve it.
