Horrific Experience at Debonairs Pizza – Kagiso Mall

This has officially been the fourth time I’ve had a bad experience ordering from Debonairs Pizza at Kagiso Mall — and unfortunately, it just keeps getting worse. Today I ordered the Creme-Decker, and once again, it was an absolute disappointment. The pizza was dry, bland, and completely lacking toppings – especially the chicken, which was almost nonexistent. It felt like I was eating a base with some sauce lazily poured over it. Which is unacceptable for the money spent.

This is not an isolated incident. Every time I’ve ordered from this branch, it’s been the same issue — and it's clear that management is doing nothing to improve the situation. What’s even more frustrating is that other customers are also complaining about the same thing, yet nothing changes.

I had actually stopped buying from Debonairs accross the country because of how bad it had become with Kagiso Branch. Unfortunately, I was stranded today and had no other option. Big mistake — they didn’t fail to disappoint again.

This level of quality and disregard for customer service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
