I made an online order and paid for my order at 15:45 it is now 19:00 and I still have nothing to show for it.

Why do you have a call center if their only duty seems to be directing the call to the relevant branch? That's a waste of time.

I called 4 times and did not succeed in tracking my order or reaching Jabulani Mall.

Please make arrangements to pay me back!
