Debonairs Pizza?? Its a NO NO for me.

Received cold food and an incorrect order, i called them just after receiving the order and was told its not their problem that the driver took 1 hour and 25 min long and i must take it up with "uber eats" YES i agree BUT WHAT NOW WITH THE WRONG FOOD RECEIVED and a child that must go food less while everyone else eats because the order is wrong even though we stated an allergy issue and for the item to be removed - LADY SAYS WELL I DONT KNOW AND PUTS DOWN THE PHONE - sent in my query to them via apps available and to this day have not even received a reply. Wont ever order anything from Debonairs Pizza again such dreadful service and poor management re complaints.

If you go inside the store and order you also have a 50/50 chance of receiving your order wrong/correct. I've given them enough chances - its a NO for me.
