After having had two extremely negative experiences with Debonairs Pizza in Greenfields, East London, tonight I was highly impressed with the improved service from the franchise. After placing an order via the call centre, a young man by the name of Unami called me to inform me of the exact time my order will arrive, he even dilivered the order himself and alerted me to please call again. It's been a long while to get hot Pizza's that haven't crusted due to being warmed in the oven because of delivery delays. Well done young man! You absolutely did a sterling job. I now have hope in your store!!
