Debonairs Pizza is a DISAPPOINTMENT !!
I ordered a pizza on the 16th of December 2019 at 15:12 and 2 hours later i got a call from one of their consultants telling me that they had a problem with orders made via the app and he assured me that i would receive my order in the next 30 to 45 minutes. i am very disappointed to say that i only received my order 3 hours later. I had kids that were waiting for the pizza hungry for more than 5 hours and i mentioned this to the consultant and he assured me I will receive it at the specified time. This is the second time I have had such an experience with debonairs ordering via the app. I was told it would never happen again but to my surprise it did. I am so annoyed and i doubt I will ever buy anything at debonairs.
