Debonairs Pizza inconsiderate and poor service

Upon calling in to make an order, the phone was taken from one person to the other without any warning or excusing oneself. After talking to three people, the last arront agent insisted on using Sesotho even when clearly I preferred using English. I made an order to be collected at the store. I went to the store after an hour or so, my order had not been placed. After today, I am no longer shopping at this store considering that the other two customers were complaining of the same issue. Clearly Debonairs does not value its clientele. They deserve no star
