Debonairs Pizza Horrible Service or Lack thereof

My mother ordered a pizza on the 15th of May from Debonairs in Jabulani Mall and paid online but still no delivery and no refund of payment. After endless of efforts in trying to get a response still nothing!!! Today is the 21st of May...How long does it take to make Pizza?
