Debonairs pizza horrible service

Debonairs Maponya mall customer service is so horrible. I ordered pizza online at 17:24 after an hour I called to track my order because tracking was unavailable on the app. They sent me from pillar to post. I kept contacting the store but they wouldn't pick up.

The driver arrived at 20:45 with a cold and stale pizza. And you know what's worse? He came with my order short. I ordered two large pizzas and desert. Only the pizzas arrived. And when I asked the driver, he said they didn't give him the desert. This store is very pathetic. I will never order from them ever again.
