Debonairs Pizza Highlands Centre

The worst service ever received by any Debonairs, not being new to the brand, so we tried to resolve the very late delivery issue with the shop.

Phoned the shop numerous times querying the status of the order. Having to pass an automated answering machine that the shop is closed and that at 19:40 in the evening.

Order was placed at 17:51.

Hope you can resolve this as we tried to reconcile with the brand even after the manager tried to pin the matter on the driver who did his job and eventually arrived very late for the delivery.

Online order #***7 turned to order #78 for the shop turned into nightmare experience for the kids.

Please pass this review on to the franchise owner as his manager on the evening of 22/12/2020 resulted in him losing a long term debonairs client.
