Debonairs pizza has metal piece as topping...

My sister on law and I prospered pizzas from the sparks road branch. We ordered 4 in total. On one of the pizzas namely the spicy chicken I but into a slice and found a piece of metal. I immediately telephoned the branch and spoke to the manager Thembele. She said she would investigate and call me back. She did so and told me that they would refund me for the one pizza and as a token f food faith would give me 2 free pizzas. I said OK. She telephoned me back a few mins later to say the area manager said she could only refund me for the one pizza and that she would let me know when. I told her I now need to make other arrangements for lunch and asked to spk to the area manager. Neither thembele nor the area manager has bothered to call me back. This is a serious matter. Luckily it was me who found the piece of metal and not a child who could have easily ingested it. Debonairs' standards has long been depreciating and it seems as though they've now hit another low. Pathetic service!
