DEBONAIRS PIZZA GRASSY PARK DISGUSTING SERVICE!

I placed an order at 6pm at Debonairs Pizza Grassy Park, Cape Town, I was told delivery will take 45 minutes to an hour. after waiting 1 hour 30 minutes, so pizza. I called the call center and they checked with the store and was told the pizza left the store already and they will follow up with the driver. 2 hour mark comes, no pizza, I call again and was told the same story and that the manager will call me back. - NO CALL BACK FROM THE MANAGER! 2 hours 30 mins pass, still no pizza! Eventually at 8:35pm the s****** rocks up and just to find the pizza's are ice cold, the cheese looked so stiff!! no man after waiting do long to get that quality of pizza, I just could not accept it! PLEASE RECTIFY THIS!!!!
