Debonairs Pizza Gem city Phoenix
<p>Was at debonairs for the past 45 mins just to be told they forgot to make the order. How can you take an order tell ur customer it will be 15 mins and than not make it. How frustrating, the manager in store as well could care less!!!! Waited 15 mins at the store walked up to the counter and asked about the order I was told it was in the oven. Waited another 15 mins than to be told they forgot to make it. When I asked for a refund the manager Zanele just gave the refund without even apologizing. Really bad service! </p>
