Debonairs Pizza Galleria - Incorrect Opening Hours stated on the Internet / Poor Service

<p>Checked on the internet this morning as to what time Debonairs Pizza Galleria opens. According to the below link they open at 09H00. https://order.debonairspizza.co.za/menu/1937/view/Debonairs-Pizza-Galleria. Got there around 08H50 and waited outside. Two ladies working at Debonairs arrived at 09H00 and opened the door. They proceeded to sit down and have breakfast and totally ignored me. Anyway I excused myself and said that I needed to place a large order to collect at 11H30. First they continued to ignore me...and then after I said excuse me a little louder the one lady says "we are closed". So I asked if you are closed then why are your doors open. The lady said "see the opening times on the side glass" which stated opening at 10H00. I told the lady that according to the internet the opening times stated are 09H00. I asked if it was possible to take my order and she told me that they are having breakfast and that the system will not allow them to take the order before 10H00. I told her thanks and walked across to Panarottis and placed my order for R1500. Well Debonairs...today you lost out because of poor advertising as well as arrogant and rude staff and inflexible systems. Keep this up and you will continue to lose business in these tough times.</p>
