Debonairs Pizza Ga-Rankuwa

I’ve never been so disgusted by the service I received at Debonair’s Ga-Rankuwa today 11/04/2018.I made an online order for collection, and like every single order I make with the franchise I customize my order and swap certain toppings for my desired toppings because that’s the functionality that I love from the app. As hungry as I was, I get to the franchise and my order is not ready and that’s not an issue because I don’t mind waiting a few minutes. To my surprise the order isn’t even in line once the cashier gets hold of the slip, the argument about my swopping of toppings begin, apparently I’m not allowed to make changes to the original set pizza. Bare in mind all my orders at this very particular Debonairs are customized, and I’ve never had a problem. I’m shocked now because Debonairs accepted my online order with the swapped toppings. I’m rudely talked down on by the cashier. When I finally get my order, which wasn’t how I ordered she calls some lady from the kitchen who rudely tells me I shouldn’t swap my toppings when ordering from them because it causes problems in the kitchen when it comes to stock. Isn’t this a franchise? Or was I ordering pizza from a corner shop ko kasi. Your staff needs training in customer service. You just lost a regular customer and will continue to lose more if the standards are not up to par as all other Debonairs.
