Debonairs Pizza false free delivery adverting

Debonairs pizza has been on our TV's advertising to us and saying that deliver for free and that is been a lie. I have proof to back up my story, when you go to their App you find that in Soweto they charge for their delivery. I am not sure if that is done in Soweto only cause we black and when it comes to those white places they get the free delivery. These big companies they normally do that to us black people as they know that we don't complain as much as whites. I am so disappointed on their false adverti*****t.
