DEBONAIRS PIZZA EXPERIENCE

What a bad experience at Debonairs Vincent East London. We ordered a pizza and guess what? The dough was not fully cooked, the crumbed crust was not the cheese griller we are used to. This is a big disappoint. The Manager who is Mr Govender didn't even want to redo the pizza for us , instead he said he would refund us by the end of the night which actaully means a loss to the business, we didn't receive that, what are we suppose to eat now? Is this how people are treated in this franchise?
