Debonairs Pizza Evaton Plaza ridiculous service

Ordered a Pizza from Debonairs Pizza (Evaton Plaza) Via the app for R269 to qualify for delivery as stated on the app. Call to follow up on my order but to no reach, even their call center couldn't get hold of the branch. Upon receiving a call from them, they tell me i have to pay an extra R20 for delivery or go collect myself yet the app stipulates you should order for R250 and abovr to qualify for delivery. Ended up collecting the pizza myself, surprisingly, Pizza was cold when collecting, not even kept warm.
