Debonairs Pizza - Don't try it, it's definitely not amazing.

I ordered from Debonairs Canal Walk (Cape Town) in May 2020. My order was Something Meaty triple decker and an On The Triple - spicy chicken, creamy chicken and BBQ macon. I received half torn pizza, incorrect flavours and my order arrived after 3 hours. The box was dirty with sauce of the pizza which makes me question the hygiene practiced in the store bearing in mind that this was during the Covid pandemic. The store manager delivered the cold hard pizza explaining that they ran out of time and he had a lot of pizzas to deliver. I was compensated for the 1 damaged pizza. On Friday, 25th September 2020 I ordered a Half and Half Cram Decker and an On The Triple ( 2 spicy chicken). I ordered the Hlaf and Half Cram Decker because my daughter does not eat red meat. When the pizza arrived, the Cram Decker was infact NOT Half and Half but the meaty toppings and Chicken had been completely mixed as one whole pizza. I call the contact centre on Saturday morning and was assisted by an agent, Manana who requested pictures via email. I then forwarded the pictures to which she acknowledged the receipt of my email. I was promptly contacted by the store manager (different from the manager in May) namely, Precious. Precious was extremely helpful and offered to replaced the order that day however I was not around Cape Town. I the email Manana asking that Precious contact me again. Manana then went on to ignore my email. I called the contact centre again on Monday 28th September and was assisted by Sheldon who advised requested my case number. A case number I never received. Sheldon then logged to case once more and assured me twice on this phonecall that he would contact me before COB. Tuesday morning arrived with No call from Sheldon or any case number.... AGAIN. Tuesday afternoon I call the contact centre again. This time I am met with Siphiwe who promises AGAIN to send me a case number. I request to speak to a manager to which Siphiwe places me on hold for a good 6 minutes. This call lasts for a total of 11 minutes before Siphiwe drops the line. Bear in mind that the first question I am asked is to confirm my full name and cellphone number but nobody ever calls back. I call again. I get through to a Lungiswa who assures me that she is definitely the person that will send me a case number and that her manager Shohan will call me shortly. Finally I receive a case number from Lungiswa after R100 airtime wasted. Lungiswa calls me back to ask if manager Showan has called to which I explain he has not. Lungiswa then goes on to apologize and promises to ask him to call me before COB. Wednesday arrives with no call from Showan. I then contact the contact centre AGAIN and request to speak to Showan. Showan escalates the case and explains that the Franchise manager, Siyanda will call me in 30 minutes 12h30. That does not happen instead I am contacted by Precious once more who t is kind enough to now replace or refund the inedible pizza. Showan also does a follow up call. I explain that I never received a call from Siyanda so I request an email address for higher level complaints which apparently cannot be done. After five days of failed promises, disgusting customer service and R200 airtime wasted I am compensated R170 for the bad pizza and asked "is there anything else?". Is there anything else considering the amount of money I spend at your store on a monthly basis (not forgetting the in store purchases). Is there anything else considering me have spent more money chasing you than you refunded me? Is there anything else considering that I chose to continue supporting a franchise that has compromised not only the quality of their food but also the level of customer service over the last two years.
